Braazil provided service far beyond the monetary cost of this product. In the original purchase, I inadvertently entered our winter address even though it was summer. Braazil contacted me to advise that the USPS had been unable to deliver the product. Braazil, not only had the package reshipped from California to Virginia and declined to charge me a second delivery fee. This was exceptional service and deserves recognition.
