Which I have in the screen and which I brought up to the supplier and they kinda just side steeped / didn't really offer a great explanation except that it can occur during inspection. I was hoping they might have offered me a few bucks off. Butt after exchanging 2 emails they never really stepped forward with any offer. In all fairness I didn't come out and directly ask.

Item was shipped free, and the cost was better, less, than I expected. The seller quickly processed my order packed it securely and shipped it within 24 hours. The seller's page also had more detailed information than others selling the same item, I really liked that. I may just have to buy another phone from Santa Monica Wireless. Very satisfied.

Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

They even sent a free case for the phone. Would buy from this company again. Only suggestion to the company, is to use better packaging to send a phone, a box instead of a cardboard envelope.
