    They put a picture of a pulley and belt, and only sent me a belt and over charged me for china product. I waited 1 week and half for this part and then this happens. The shipping says 2 to 4 days but I had to wait a week like they just got it shipped and then, they used a bag to ship it instead of a box in case it ripped or get damage this bag would not help. I will never be purchasing from them again. I should ship it back and get my money back because of bad customer service.

    All Gates serpentine belts are made in China. The buyer purchased a gates belt as clearly stated in the title of the listing, and that is precisely what they received.

    Dishonest and uncommunicative: order took over a month to arrive. Vendor didn't send any updates around delays (it was supposedly in stock and shipped immediately - needless to say they didn't do anything until two weeks passed and I told them I wanted a refund. Now the grifters will claw some money back on "restocking fees" for an item they sent WEEKS late after a refund was requested. Don't make the mistake I did - there's too many solid vendors who know how to act ethically. AVOID.

    A direct fit replacement and dependable.

    I've bought this brand before. With a good charging system, it lasted longer than I expected. Maintenance free means I was on the bike, not under it, trying figure out what's wrong with it. I've used other batteries and was not happy with the short life span they had.

    Longest lasting battery I have ever put in my VStar 1100

    I put this model battery in my VStar 1100 back in 2009 and it lasted till now 2020. I am now putting my second one in 11 years later. I had replaced the battery 2 times after the original battery died before putting one of these in. I would expect this new one to last the same or close to it. The battery ships with the acid separate and you put it in when you are ready to use it. It is super easy to put in with the filling assembly and it has no shelf age since the acid has not been sitting in the battery.

    new bat

    battery quality looks v/good came with acid fill pack.I used my bat tender charger to bring it up to full charge and started bike and will always remain on charge when not riding.to early yet to see how it will hold up also it was a perfect fit into 2007 yamaha 1100 vstar classic.
