      Laptop battery recharging failure

      I purchased this Dell 3520 charge port DC Jack Support as my Dell 3520 Laptop stopped charging the battery. After inserting the new replacement, the problem persisted. I even tried another compatible mains charger from another Dell laptop with the same result. However, by twisting the mains lead in the laptop socket and keeping it a a slight pressure with a weight, it is now working.
