Buyer was asked to provide photos and documentation to justify their claim which they didn't do. When they didn't provide the requested information we explained why we required it (due to bad actors), if this buyer felt like it was their fault (but never provided proof) then it probably was their fault. We always work to resolve issues with buyers but unfortunately can't accept unjustified claims on the basis of peoples "word".
