Beginning with the first known recordings of the Jimi Hendrix Experience in October 1966 to the guitarists final multi-track recording session at Electric Lady Studios in August 1970, this unique four CD box set concentrates on unreleased or commercially unavailable music. Alternate versions of classics like "Purple Haze," "Foxy Lady" and "Little Wing" mix with stunning, unheard Hendrix music such as "It's Too Bad" and "Country Blues." These 60 recordings presented in chronological order trace the meteoric ascent.

A jewel for collectors!
This is a top quality product. 4 CDs of exclusive recordings of previously unreleased material, including different studio and live versions of any of the actual studio albums releases with the Jimi Hendrix Experience. The attached booklet has very good quality photos and descriptions. This is a must have for any Jimmi Hendrix fan.

Even if you think that you have everything you still need this set!
Song after song is delightful. Jimi Hendrix was a master of his craft. Such amazing music that was created before I was born can be enjoyed now and forever. This style and talent have never been duplicated and is truly original. I can never get enough and always enjoy listening, no matter what mood you are in it never gets old. This 4 disc set is only a taste of what this man had done, my suggestion to you is start with this and see what else you can find. There is so much out there and they are still finding never released recordings now. When I find them I pick them up and enjoy the jams and ideas. Keep looking and enjoy the treasures that you find along your way!
