    Good product. works well

    Have only been using this for a week but so far so good. Getting tremendous speeds, 100 Mbs with 5G to my laptop and 2 to 3 times that to iPhone. we will have to see how it holds up This particular item is a refurb and did not come with instructions but it is pretty easy to find them online.

    Lots of features, not so great quality.

    Replacing an older modem that had worse issues. The cable co said this was one of only three models they would support static IP assignment on. But it drops more packets than the old model; just randomly rather than in 10 minute outages. The bundled McAfee bloatware is pretty useless. The huge plastic chassis feels tacky and cheap.

    Arris AC2350 easy and quick set-up. Faster speeds than maxium allowed by internet provider. No issues with multiple devices.

    Fast Internet

    I have not encountered any problems with the modem. Internet is working seamlessly on all our laptops and phones. It does requires downloading the Surfboard Central App. I initially called Xfinity to set up the modem but they were unable and wanted to send a tech. Downloaded the Xfinity app and set up was easy and fast. Only problem encountered was trying to change the name of the network and password. When I signed into the site using "admin" and "password" I received an error message. I think the only way to change it would be to reset the modem and reinstall.

    Works better than the equipment provided by my cable company ... "Spectrum"...shhhhh

    Easy to set up for spectrum service. Faster than the wifi/ router and separate modem they were charging me for. It works with my wifi extender for the front of the home where the new technology they are using to auto connect leaves you with no extender options at this time except to pay them more to install one that is still experimental, forget that.
