It arrived packaged well and looks new and everything lines up well, well thought out design and quality. Putting the HDD's in using the included rails give a satisfying click as they lock into place. Totally recommend this if you're looking for a place to hold a bunch of HDD's. The only think I'd change are the instructions. As some other folks mentioned, either a higher resolution picture from the product post, or printed directions would be helpful, but it's not particularly difficult to put together.
