A large amount of bubble wrap was around the player and secured very nicely. The item was very clean for an older used player also. It works great and I thoroughly tested it myself. This seller is honest and I would buy from them again. The outside was probably so bad looking because the Post Office is the absolute worst at delivering packages. Buy from this seller!

Unit has chipped corner, which was clearly shown in photos, boots perfectly. However the CD/DVD drive tray door is missing and the only way to eject is within the software. Contacted seller and asked "what do you have in mind to make this right?" Answer "How about a partial refund?" I asked "How much, never heard back."
