      All around great experience

      Awesome sauce! Haha love it..but as for the barbell pad for squats and hip thrusts is of great quality, gets the job done. Unfortunately I have a wussy bar and it's a little bit too big. I've just started lifting so I don't have a reg. bar bell and I don't have over a hundred and forty lb in weights at the moment.. once I get too 140lbs I'll get a regular barbell and it'll be perfect! The transaction was also very smooth and shipping was quick! Thanks

      much better

      Just came today was so happy it arrived. i just finished my workout I used it today for squats love it! Finally I don't feel the bar digging in my shoulders. its already bad enough trying to find the right sports bra or any bra's straps from digging into my shoulders ahahha. I feel like over time it might slide on the bar but its ok ill just glue some grip liner on the inside and all set. tomorrow using it for hip thrust!

      True to its name

      I've always used the squat pad that has a velcro closure. This is so much better. The inset of the neck support with the extra padding on the shoulders is awesome. I truly feel supported with the use of this pad and the guidance of power. Pun intended....

      For it's price it's really good

      I have been going for the gym now for 3 years, the durability of the sponge is very good, bought it when I started and had made lifting weights much more comfortable and much less painful (when you're lifting heavy and the bar just digs into your back muscles)
