They assured me that it was, so I purchased it and paid extra for express shipping. It then took 10 days to arrive instead of 4 days promised. Upon opening the bag that it was sent in, I discover that the sump had a decent dent in it and was not as the seller described. I contacted the seller, but after almost a week I am yet to hear back. Quite disappointed at the experience.
