I waited 1 week and half for this part and then this happens. The shipping says 2 to 4 days but I had to wait a week like they just got it shipped and then, they used a bag to ship it instead of a box in case it ripped or get damage this bag would not help. I will never be purchasing from them again. The buyer purchased a gates belt as clearly stated in the title of the listing, and that is precisely what they received.

When I reported that I received a fake product, they did not investigate or show any evidence. That's not true. I sent a new product. They accused me of replacing it with a fake product. I was also subjected to human rights violations, such as being blamed for a crime I did not commit.
