    The seat cushion was very nice but there wasn’t enough packing or attention paid to the control buttons on the side of the seat. They were damaged/crushed in shipping. The seller took the item back. He is a good communicator. Thanks and sorry it didn’t work out.

    Thanks for the feedback but we've been shipping seats these seats the same way for years. Perhaps this feedback should be directed towards the shipping company who broke it and not us.
