These trimmers are awesome straight out the box . They were as they were described, brand new. Everything that was listed to be in the box, was in the box. I am 100% satisfied with the seller and the product, so far so good. The actual clipper box was already opened and damaged. The value was good. The outside appearance was sketchy, but overall its looks like the clipper is new. I’ve dealt with this seller before and never had a problem. So I can’t say too much bad things about it. Just wish it was package better and not opened. The overall quality seem legit. Came in shampoo box
