  • The World Is My Home memoir/autobiography by James Michener

Wish I could say that I have read this book already but I have not. I have wanted to read it for many years after reading most of Michener's books beginning with Hawaii when I was 14. I am sure that the story of his life is as compelling as the fiction he produced over the years. He paid meticulous attention to details in the historical fiction he wrote and I hope that this book is that good. I hope to gain some insight into his writing/research methodology also.
