The price reflected that. Inside the box all parts were new and wrapped. But the fan control hub was missing and not a cheap thing to buy separately. I contacted the seller and could tell he was disappointed that it was missing. 630tang bought a new Hub and quick shipped it to me! Integrity and Honor! What more could you ask for. I suggest that you buy from 630tang with confidence..
