It was the perfect replacement for the p...
It was the perfect replacement for the pool filter lid. My old lid had yellowed over time before it broke from age. The new part is so clear that it almost looks like there is no water is in the trap. Also the lid is designed slightly different then the only one. Now if the lid gets stuck and won't screw off easily, you can place a wood 3/4 board across the cover for extra leverage to screw the lid off. A feature even my pool tech was not aware of.
