    Great product and price

We been 2yrs trying to figure out what the problem was with our new package until and the manufacturer wouldn’t honor the warranty because I installed it myself. It would work fine for ac but the heat wouldn’t work half the time and it wouldn’t show up what the problem was and the valve showed to work. I replaced everything on the unit unit the valve was my only option. It’s now working fine and I’ll never buy another Goodman anything! Thanks for your speedy service and your cost efficient price. We are happy with our heater working perfectly in -25 weather. Thanks so much.

  • FURNACE WITHOUT GAS VALVE DOES NOT GET HOT

Troubleshooting why the home furnace wasn't producing hot air revealed the gas valve solenoid was sticking, not allowing gas to the burners. Found the subject gas valve on eBay, ordered it and replaced. The eBay valve was an exact replacement for the original valve. Got heat just in time for winter.

  • 20 Minutes to a working Furnace

My daughter's gas furnace stopped working. I removed front cover to expose burner tubes. Cycled thermostat and found that igniters were glowing properly and fan motor was running. Obviously there wasn't any gas flowing out of gas valve. I checked the voltage going to gas valve while igniters were glowing and found the 12v supply from "motherboard" was working. Ordered new gas valve and spent about 20 minutes installing it. Everything now works great. (I omitted a few procedures in troubleshooting process for brevity) You can find full procedure on YouTube.
