The seller took the time to wad up many sheets of newspapers to create excellent padding for the clock. The packing on the clock itself was also excellent As for the clock working The seller didn't state in their Ebay ad whether it was working or not It was written as though it was working. I can't get the floating balance to keep turning. Could the seller please send me information to my email how to get it working?
