There was bubble wrap in the box, but it wasn't wrapped around the O gauge tank car. The car was wrapped in a paper bag. The car arrived with a broken handrail, which I fixed. He communicated well and was concerned, just needs to pack delicate and fragile items a bit better. I will say I have seen a worse.
