    Wrong diagnosis of my problem

    I thought the problem with my XC1020 copier was the toner cartridge. Since my poor quality copies still exist, it must be my photoreceptor drum, if this is indeed a good toner cartridge. It was an $85.00 mistake on my part.

    Something was wrong with this toner

    Put it in copier and it made 28 copies and stopped. Took the toner cartridge out and shook it up and tried it again and it made another 5 copies and stopped. I don't know if it had been stored in a damp area maybe but for what I paid for it it was a terrible value.
