This second generation technology offers over four times the shadow processing power above the previous generation. The EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 6200 AGP 8x graphics card has an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) 8X interface, with double the bandwidth of previous models, accelerates your computer’s 3D graphic performance by providing a lightning-fast, point-to-point channel. You’ll benefit from a significant improvement in complex visual environments and uninterrupted video broadcasts or network downloads. NVIDIA has incorporated PureVideo technology in the EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 6200 AGP 8x (512-A8-N403-LR) 512MB graphics card. The NVIDIA GeForce PureVideo high-definition video processor uses DDR SDRAM technology. With 4 CUDA cores and 350MHz GPU, the GeForce 6200 AGP 8x effortlessly handles games, and the 512MB, 64-bit GDDR2 memory keeps system lag at a minimum. The GDDR2 memory clocks at 532 MHz (effective) with a 4.4 GB/s memory bandwidth.     6200 Geforce Agp card Nvidia from EVGA

    Well Folks this is the best thing I ever did when I purchased this card . See I am still running the old XP soft ware from explorer , but instead of the old browser explorer I use Fire fox and Norton . With this card now I run 512 memory MB. on it ., with the old original Nvidia I only had 64 MB. memory. I also have DVI and of course S video out to my projection screen TV. plus VGA as well . My friends I am using a Dell 8300 Dimension Pentium 4. and it works wonders on you tube with there Hd., and it also works with older game modes with X9. Yes it does not have X10 or higher,. And it works out standing as working CP for me and all the web sites I have put on. So if you have a Old CP like me this my be your ticket.

    Easy to install

    It's easy to install and didn't need the CD for the driver. Windows 7 Ultimate install the updated driver. I got an old PC (Intel Pentium 4 HT) and it works great. I had it for ages and that's why I needed the APG Video card. The old one that I have was a 256MB and it died on me so I bought this 512MB video card and to say I love it very much.

    A nice non-pcie gpu

    I got this to free up an express slot in my truenas rig. My unit won't boot without a gpu. For the most part, it's just a placeholder as my server runs headless. The DVI connection is nice, as I can plug in a modern-ish monitor and do whatever I need to do to the server's bios or updates, etc.
