    Well worth the watch.

    Absolutely love this movie! Lee Marvin and Jack Palance plays one of the last Cowboys as the 1900s begin. Funny, sentimental, and violent.

    A good, gritty western

    The era of the open range western cowboy was barely a generation long and this tale is about the end of that era. Both this rendition and the Selleck remake are excellent but I like the Marvin original slightly better. Get both! The book is also a good read!

    My favorite movie of all times. Lee Marvins best perfomance.

    End of an era, cowboys are becoming extinct and most have nothing left to do . Hard times and how they dealt with it. The music throughout the movie is the best ever. Add in a love story and you have one of the best movies ever.

    The 1st MONTE WALSH

    One of the best westerns ever made. If you like films about the American west it is a must have. It was William Fraker's best, the reason the Mescal movie set was built east of Tucson Arizona, and he was also the cinematographer of TOMBSTONE .
