Good Pairing for Asus ROG Ally for Mobile Gaming
Bought this to use with an Asus ROG Ally handheld gaming device, to use for gaming when I'm not at home. Spec wise it pairs really well with Ally, as they both have 1080p, 120 Hz, and variable rate refresh screens. The reviews I read in advance of purchase said colors were not accurate, which is somewhat true. Reds are the only colors that are noticeable, as they have more of an orange hue. However, once you are immersed in the gaming you hardly notice. Screen is actually brighter than I expected it to be. The screen is really light and has a nice built in stand. One of the main things I appreciate about it is the pass through charging, so that I just need one power brick plugged into the display, and a USB-C cable from display to my Ally to keep it charged. This 17.2 inch screen is already much cheaper than other name brand competition, and the fact that I got this certified refurbished made it even a better value. It did not come in original box, but it appears that it came with all the contents and cables. So far, other than the slightly off red colors, I am very pleased with unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
