Good design, poor quality connectors
Received the unit, and fully tested it out first using cables connected to each jack, and an ohmmeter to ensure each set of switched connections worked as expected. One of the photo (RCA) jacks showed a bad connection. Ultimately I determined the centre contact of that RCA jack was not extended far enough to make good contact with the centre pin of the mating RCA plug. I used a jeweller's screwdriver to pry the contact out further. This fixed the issue. So, though this switcher box had the features I wanted for a good price, it is unfortunate that connector quality is not good (or, at least not consistent) and that the manufacturer does not seem to do good quality control by pretesting each unit thoroughly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
