Unbeknownst to me I sent in a fully functional laptop for repair and while their communication wasn't good (I had to call to get any info as to status, no emails or anything) they are an HONEST company and informed me there was nothing wrong with said laptop. The photos in the listing showed a strip with 9 pcs, I messaged the seller to confirm the amount before purchase but never got a response. The price is high but my only other option was China, so delivery time would have been an issue so I ordered the part expecting 1 piece. Thankfully I ordered backups from China because the 1 piece was defective. The seller has not responded to my concerns after a couple of days.
