Helpful discussion with their engineer about suitability for a very old freezer that the manufacturer would not supply a service part for. Arrived very quickly before ETA. Not fitted yet but looks to be same size etc. The kit box includes some additional parts to replace the dial/scale, if needed, but the additional blue knob was missing. I expect the existing knob will fit.

The item was delivered and I am assuming it is as described as I have not seen it myself. It was delivered to a tenant.
As soon as I ordered the item I realised I needed 2 instead of one. The seller had a pack of 2 for sale which is cheaper than buying 2 individually. I immediately messaged seller to change the order so that I take the 2 pack instead of the single pack I had ordered. The seller never even bothered responding to my message. That I find shocking and won't buy from seller again.
