Harry Potter Wizard's Wand and Sticker Book (Mega Mini Kits)
The wand is a piece of junk. It is cheap platic that is supposed to screw together. The first one we got did not screw together, so a new one was sent. That one did not work either. It was not worth the few bucks that it cost. Spend more to get one that works.

Not a collectors item, suitable for young fans
I wouldn't call this item a "collector's item" since the wand is mostly made of plastic and you screw the parts together. It is a toy with a sticker book of the Houses of Hogwarts and other Harry Potter shields. Regardless of the fact that it is not of high quality - it is perfectly suitable for young Harry Potter fans who would love to have Harry Potter's wand to play with. The plastic is durable and the base of the wand appears to be made of wood. Too Fragile!
The Harry Potter wand is a cute idea, but the execution falls sadly short. It comes in pieces that have to be put together, and all I can say is, if my 30-something husband broke it putting it together, your child doesn't have a chance! We ended up having to super-glue the thing. It's fine for a cheap plastic toy, but if you want a more realistic Harry wand I suggest you go for the real stuff on the Warner Brothers website. The sticker book is cute and has some good pictures of Harry with his wand. If you do decide to buy this item, be EXTREMELY careful when putting it together, and don't try to take it apart again once it is assembled.The Harry Potter wand is a cute idea, but the execution falls sadly short. Poor quality! Best for older children or a collector! Very fragile!
When I saw this item I thought it sounded like a good idea for my 8 yo son's birthday. But we hadn't even gotten home from the party before it broke the first time at one of the joints! We glued it together in that spot & it broke again in another spot! It broke at all 3 joints in the first 3 days of him having it! The stems that screw into the pieces of the wand are just not sturdy enough for playing with. It may be that this item is just not for children under say 10 or 11 that want to play with it. Great item for display. I would purchase this again.
This is a cute addition to any Harry Potter collection. The collapsible wand is nice but it isn't a toy. It will break easily so be wary if purchasing for a child. The sticker book is similar to the other kits in that is has different images from the movie. This item will have a permanent home in my collection.
