Selected "part never arrived" thru eBay, seller rips me a new one w/ b2b sarcastic responses. "You could have contacted us first", "We have NO control", "Gee, a contact the seller message...would be the normal thing to do.", "Maybe it's just me...", "We did our part!"... WHO talks to their customers like that? I've never had to do a trace Mr. Customer Focus. Sorry customers are such a hassle, keep it up you & won't have any, problem solved!Reply from: govsurp- Feedback replied by seller govsurp.- Feedback replied by seller govsurp.Part ran late through NO fault of ours, it was shipped the next business day via the 1st class USPS he paid for.Buyer made us aware of a delay when he filed a claim with eBay INSTEAD of contacting US to let us know there was a problem (THE NORMAL FRIENDLY THING TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER!). As soon as we knew there was a problem, we started a trace and his part was delivered. Had this customer been more friendly, we would have had a much better response for him. AVOID CUSTOMER
