Very good split charger.
This split charging relay appears well made, waterproof, compact, easy to install and works well with a simple indicator led to signify when charging has been switched to the secondary battery. It cuts in and out at the specified voltages.to . To early to say about it's reliability, but I would hope that it will last ok.

Needs Improvement
The cut-out voltage is set too low at 12.8v and there is no way of adjusting this. On a hot day my battery can maintain 12.9volts for several hours. So, the unit does not switch off. The only way that I can get it to switch off is to: Turn the engine off. Then turn the ignition back on along with the headlights with full beam, the heater fan on full and wind both windows up and down. This lowers the battery voltage and it then switches off! It is a ridiculous situation which could be cured simply by have a 'POT' to adjust the shut off voltage. Fitted one of these to my 40yr old camper. The old system was so complex with wiring everywhere. This relay was a DIY fit and simplified my whole leisure battery set up. Took 30 mins to install and works perfectly. Love it. Highly recommended

Easy to install, Red LED light shows when both batteries are connected and off when not. Pre-made cut outs were a little small for the gauge of wire in my van, but was easily snipped out.
