First and foremost it is beautiful! The art wood series guitars look amazing. The neck line is slightly slimmer which took a little getting used to, but now feels terrific. The action and set up from the factory is spot on. It plays remarkably well for a guitar under $400. Acoustically it sounds clear and rings bright. The Sitka Spruce top resonates relatively even tones throughout the entire range of scales. No humming or buzzing. It does sound a little thin in mid range registers but very crisp every where else. Electrically it's sounds really great. The onboard tuner is a terrific feature and there is a fair amount of tune ability within the preamp for bass treble however there is no mid range control. It is a very comfortable size as well I am not overly fatigued after playing for a few two hour sets. When I researched there were notes of heavy neck dive, it is slightly forward from neutral balance but not very apparent even when standing using a 3" wide strap. I think this Ibanez guitar represents a great value at its price point Very satisfied with my purchase. Read full review
