The Battlestation is a great compact folder with excellent quality materials and workmanship. I'd expect nothing less from Spyderco's production out of Seki City, Japan. The handle shape fits my medium hands very well for both conventional and reverse grips. The locking mechanism is positive and confidence-inspiring. The wire pocket clip is also very robust and easy to use. I've been carrying this knife daily since I received it, and it will likely hold a permanent spot in my EDC rotation. I highly recommend this knife for someone looking for a compact but rugged EDC that's more uniquely styled than some of the more popular offerings.

An underrated knife that perhaps gets some undue flak. It is rock solid and has a beautiful and very functional blade shape. Lockbacks tested as being much stronger than almost all other knife locks that were compared. You should not deem it old-fashioned. This is a knife that I believe was designed to be used and abused and not have to worry about developing blade-play. The handle scales, though angular, are actually very ergonomic in either a traditional or icepick grip. This one is a sleeper and now that's discontinued, I would sleep long on it.

This is the knife that made me come over to Spyderco. It is the most well made knife on the market right now $250. A big handle for a mans hand. Nice super thick VG-10 steel. This is the one that gets the looks. Dual finger choils, G10 handles with that awesome looking heavy wire clip. What more do you need. I usually carry this over any of my Striders or Hinderers.
