    perfect for my needs

    I needed a thermostat switch to heat an insulated cuntainer about 1/3 m/square using a hologin globe as heatying element and opted for this one. It is working very well and seems to be long lasting compared to many others I was using that seem to go faulty and or burn out in the past. the temferature cut in and out works very well too.The only fault I found is fhe setting instruction is not very easy to understand and missing the fact that every setting has to individually be locked by pressing tha set button again and holding before moving to the next setting. this is not explained at all in the instructions. all else it O.K.

    Can be used for many different purposes where heating or cooling are required

    This temp controller is a top quality item. It has multiple variance settings and over and under temp alarms. Temperature can be set to within 1/10th of a degree and it is dead accurate. I use this for bread making and it hasn't failed me yet. Excellent quality, nice large and clear display and easy to understand instructions.

    Perfect to convert a freezer to a Keezer

    The perfect device to convert a chest freezer to a homebrew keezer. Easy to program, easy to hookup, easy in use, cheap as chips, no downside. I pushed the sensor through a hole in a small pvc bottle top and filled the bottle with water to provide better readings of liquids in the freezer. They make a panel mount version too - that will be integrated into the finished keezer.

    used in saltwater aquarium

    I researched online a bit before buying this as I am using it in a reef tank. The probe is not titanium so to be safe I coated it in silicone, just brushed a thin layer on. Been on for a few months now and all is well. I have 2 in 2 different tanks and they are both working great. I dont use a chiller and just have fans hooked up, great to have a back up kill switch to the heater too ;)
