I received the set in a reasonable time period. What the description did not make clear: the set does NOT INCLUDE the 2-up mount rack fastener hardware. I love that it came with the tour pack liner. This is about a thousand dollars less than the one you get from harley. And the Harley one doesn’t come with the liner or any of the mounts.
