After a year and a half, it seems very good for its value. With a good SD card and silicon protector I have mine almost like new working for all i need and with good storage. Camera could be better and battery life last for one day of hard work or two days soft use ( as most phones I'm aware of)The only issue i could think of is that Microsoft hasn't managed to catch up with other makers in apps. However the interface is very good, better than others due to its simplicity. The dual sim card is a really cool feature. you don't have to carry two mobiles.

Already had one Nokia windows phone so sort of knew how this one works. Review is on the 640. My first 'large' screen smart phone. 120 quid is not an extortionate price. Out of the box, it has a reasonably good camera, front not too bad, and video capability, I love the internet sharing function and that I can now Skype for, sort of, free and it lets me text and make phone calls. I can see it and read most of what is on it, which is good at my age. The battery only lasts about a day but I have had constantly internet on and half the day, at least, supplying wifi to my pc but my old mifi thingy would only last six hours without charging. loads of apps loaded, (that is a lot of load), used drive + for the first time the other day. It's free and it got me where I wanted to go. It also connects to 4g which is good. Oh the best thing is the dual sim, so no big swap over for contacts, payg with O2 and sim only with 3. The speaker is not the worst around for music and hands free but does not play stereo. Some files you only get one track or the other. Now my biggest gripe, i really do not like touch screens. I like to hold a phone to my ear when talking on it, you do that with a touch screen and your ear has dialed your cousin in Australia or has disconnected your call. The other day I got a strange woman's voice in the middle of a call, Cortana. Hey developers, get it to recognise the difference between a finger and an ear please. That is probably not just Nokia phones so I suppose I should remove it, but does anyone else feel the same? Anyway the review, sometimes, some of the apps lock up. It is a windows phone so it is probably just software. Cold be my fault running too many apps at once but it can be a pain when in the middle of doing something, you have to reboot, switch off (count to ten) and switch on again, for everything to start working properly again. Overall I like the phone, it does what I need and and most of the things I want and a couple of things I didn't know I wanted. It still don't make tea! I like this phone and it is not a fashion statement and it is not iphone money to buy or use. 87.5% Thanks Nokia.Read full review

What can I say about this phone that has not already been covered in expert reviews online ? Not a lot really I'm afraid. Except to say that it is one of the BEST phones I have ever owned. Updates are quick to download and install, it was bought running windows 8.1 but within a day or two it had updated itself to windows 10. It is quite fast at carrying out what you need it to, the size fits into your hand perfectly, the weight is not too heavy to be a chore to carry but it lets you know it's still in your pocket as you can feel it. All in this is an excellent phone that I'm really glad I bought,my son was so impressed that when his phone died he bought a single sim Lumia and he too is happy. If you need the versatility of two sims (work and personal) then you wont go wrong buying this phone. 10/10Read full review
