Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Tuning Pegs
After putting a set of the six in-line grip locking Kluson tuners on my telecaster project guitar, I decided to do the same for my new Epiphone ES 355 Dot Pro. I bought these 3 on a side grip lock tuners because they matched up with the Wilkinson mounting screw holes the guitar came with. I used the old screws because they were larger but had to ream the tuner holes out to 3/8in to fit the tuners. I also like the fact that the bushings on the Klusons screw into the tuner body. The tuning pegs also are not green like the ones that came on the guitar. They Klusons really classed it up and are easy to use. I could have bought the Klusons with the shaft lock and wouldn't have needed to ream out the holes, but I don't really like that type of locking tuner. Best of all I love the 19:1 ratio, you can really fine-tune the strings and they stay put.Read full review

Put on a PRS-SE Zack Myers. Will have to enlarge holes to fit. After that, you will have a much better tune and sound. Looks alot better that stock, front and back. The 19 to 1 gear ratio will hold so much much better. Can't say enough greatness for this upgrade. The PRS type II brand locking tuners are SO over priced. Will be getting another set for my SE-Custom 24.

These work just like your regular Kluson tuners except they are locking. Remove the old ones and install these, no drilling or filling. I did find that some of my screw holes were a bit stripped out or loose so I put a bit of toothpick in each hole at the time of the next string change and that stopped the screws from spinning and allowed them to tighten up. As the screws are just there to locate the tuners and prevent them from spinning in their holes I didn't bother to glue the toothpicks pieces in. String installation is easy. Pull the string through, tension slightly, and the tighten the thumbwheel. You are then ready to tune. The ratio and feel of these tuners are also very nice.

I would give it 5 stars if it had the engraved “K” on the locking buttons as pictured. I bought these in part because of that, so I was fairly disappointed when I received these with a laser etched “Kluson Revolution” in tiny letters. Otherwise, I’m more than pleased with its functionality. It does indeed have a 19:1 ratio, the quality feels top-notch, and the buttons are a closer match to my Les Paul studio’s pearl inlays. The buttons are a little bit too translucent for my taste, as you can kind of see the screws through the button, but I much prefer it to the mucus green Gibson stock buttons.

Fit right on my Les Paul double cut away (2004) perfectly. Added to the tuning stability and the look. Great addition- highly recommended!
