Simple to use, not too many features, great size, easy keyboard. Nice color, but camera isn't too great.

Constantly drops calls when your not even moving (no problem with previous model), when someone calls and leaves a voice message while you are talking on this phone, it drops the call and you are immediately listening to the message that someone just left! Keys are small making texting difficult. Keys work fine for texting but fail terribly when having to use number prompts during calls. Phone looks up and must be rebooted when trying to open group text message no matter the size of the text or size of group. Previous model lasted 5 years and was literally indestructible. Best phone ever. I have my doubts that this model will even make it 1 1/2 years. Good news is, if you mostly use this phone for talking and not much texting, the battery will last for 3-4 days without a charge.
