    Good quality kettle

    The quality of the stainless steel feels very sturdy, not cheap thin metal. The handle is comfortable & the lifting mechanism feels comfy to use. The opening to fill water is not big - because I have a small sink I have to angle it slightly to fill up. I really like this kettle although I can't use it. Kettle is 16cm diameter, which is not wide enough for the arms on my gas burner 😔. It fits ok if placed onto the arms at the right spot otherwise it slants to one side a little bit. Absolutely no issues fitting on my electric stove (it's flat!). Anyhow, recommended if you're not using gas or if your gas burner cant take small pots (note that my gas burner can't hold up anything smaller than 14cm at all - so this may not be an issue for you)

    Good kettle with limitations

    A good kettle except that the spout cover doesn’t stay up on it’s own when pouring, making it difficult for an arthritic hand to hold it up for any length of time. Also the rubber on the spout cover mechanism keeps falling off.

    Brilliant Avanti Varese Whistling Kettle

    Purchased an Avanti Varese Whistling Kettle 2.5L, the kettle I purchased arrived safely and quickly. Their packaging is was first class! The kettle is great also boiled 2.5 liters of water in 3.5 minutes on my induction stove, great!

    Happy to have it.

    Sound build with quality materials. Loud whistle. Easy to clean. Don't expect it to boil as quickly as an electric one, but on the up side there's nothing on it that's likely to go bust and it can't leak from anywhere or trip the electrics.

    stainless steel kettle.

    I have given this kettle 4 stars because of the following, 1 made of stainles steele. 2 the trigger is eazy to use, 3 the wistle dose work, 4 and last is the large 2.5 liter water capasity.
