Needed two replacement seat covers for my Year 2000 Ford Expedition which is still running beautifully. After 20 years the original seat covers were ripped and very grotty. The new seat covers were exactly as advertised but as a non-mechanical person I quickly declined the opportunity to replace them myself - much too complicated for the average driver! Took them to a nearby car restorer/upholsterer and he in stalled them for a very reasonable price. New covers look great! A satisfied customer.

I paid duties fees, shipping fees, and currency conversion of $330 CAD, just to receive a damaged item. For the damage alone, I should be offered more than just $25. Also, Mercedes offers two seat materials for my the c300 Artico leather which is vinyl and genuine leather called Nappa leather. This company fraudulently listed their cover as leather. Leather could last forever, as it stretches, where as vinyl plastic will always tear eventually after the 2 years warranty expires.
