Sent out different engine mounts to those photographed in the advert.The mounts in the advert photo are the better designed version with a preventative square design on the thread to stop the threads spinning. Seller uses this photo because they know it illustrates the better quality mounts but what they actually send you are the cheap rubbish mounts that have no square and that the threaded studs spin within the rubber.

Thank your opinion, however, the photograph is our own photo, we took that photo using the engine mounts as they were at that time, we are not using other peoples photos in an attempt to deceive. It is is clear there has been a change from the supplier in the intervening years. We will take new photos that show the parts as they are now. You were advised that you could return your item for a full refund.
