Horrible brochure - multiple pages stuck together and tore when separated. Contacted the seller and they tried to pull a fast one by refunding the item but changed the shipping from free to $20. Bunch of scammers. I'll contact eBay to get my money back.

The seller attempted to make things right by refunding my money & sending a 2nd brochure for free. I received an invoice indicating a shipping charge for the 2nd one but apparently that was an error. Anyway, the second brochure's pages were stuck together the same as the first. When I separated the pages on the replacement brochure it caused the same issues (blotches, dots, and marks) as on the first. The auction said the brochures were undamaged - not true, but at least I'm not out any money.

Honestly, I used to own American cars because the reliability and quality, but ordering parts overseas become a nightmare to me until I receive the correct product. The seller did not show a perfect customer service and support, after a couple of pictures that explained the actual situation of different spark plugs wire set, the seller replied that they don't see any splits or breakage! My concern is the received wires is completely different than the one installed in my car 94 Cadillac Deville.
