I had paid for a pair of 14K yellow gold 6mm birthstone earrings which they did not send to me but sent me the wrong pair which happened to be $20.00 something dollars less than what i paid for and i was still willing to keep the wrong ones and reorder and pay for the right ones i wanted minus the difference that i already had paid!!
