Terrible seller and the tops are very thin and poorly made. They are also wrongly sized. The seller doesn’t respond to messages and sneakily only did a partial refund by sending me two return postage slips, but I only used one as the tops came in one parcel, so I sent them back in one parcel, thus meaning they decided to only refund the top that was related to the label used and ignored the refund for the second top. EBay had to refund me in the end with a lot of wasted time.

Disappointed that this was found to be damaged before posting out as it was for a special occasion. The seller contacted me as soon as they noticed and offered to replace or refund.
