This replaces my very old and much used Mouli grater. This one is well made and seems durable. The grater could be a bit sharper - it takes a bit of effort to grate parmesan.

I wouldn't be without it and recommend this item to anyone looking for a grater that produces a very fine grated hard cheese. Quality is good, and it is sturdy. There are several "cheaper" versions on the market, but remember - you get what you pay for. This one is good value for money.
