My parcel was lost by Royal Mail and Beth immediately offered a refund or a replacement. When the product was sent a second time the delivery company did not notify me and I assumed it had been lost again. However, a quick message to Beth resolved the issue. She sent me a photo of the parcel which had been (too) well hidden behind a bin! The updates and replies were very swift and I really want to praise their customer care.
