THE CABBAGE SOUP DIET RECIPE BOOK
I didn't buy this book for myself, as I definitely could not drink loads of milk and 8 bananas for 1 day! No way! however, I purchased this for my friend whom I gave the CABBAGE DIET BOOK TO, and then I saw the Gourmet Cabbage Soup Recipe book which would give her more choices of food? My friend is excessively obese, also she has some serious illnesses, and strongly advised her that she didn't attempt it due to her illnesses, but stubborn lady that she is wanted to try it. I haven't heard from her about using the book? But she said she is very pleased with the contents, so maybe next time she writes she will let me know whether she has started the diet or not. I gave it a rating of 5 because it simply has to be the better book out of the two relating to The Cabbage Soup Diet. Rosina Lock ... Fantastic product, should be compulsory reading for the obese !
Because I am fighting type 2 Diabetes, I bought this book to check if there was a better way to keep my calories down to 500 per day........it was not much help to me but, as a dietitian, I feel sure that it will be a great help to a number of people looking for a sure-fire way of losing a lot of weight quickly and most importantly, SAFELY.
