    Fly tying vice

    For the money very good vice and grips all size of hooks a treat plus came with 2 free bobbins and I was need a new bobbin and considering they were free they were just the size I like to use so win win 👍🏻👍🏻

    Rough construction, no frills but it does the job

    The overall construction of this vice is just about ok. The finish is crude with lots of sharp screws. I would not advise using your bare hands to tighten the vice. I am using pliers to tightening and unscrewing all of the attachments to secure the vice. As far as the use of the vice, It's ok, the spring jaws are good and the jaws will take large hooks. I am using Sea Hooks in it not small Trout Hooks. This was the reason for buying this style of vice. I think it was made in India, I have a smaller similar type which is of Indian Construction. Overall for the price it's good value, it's rough around the edges but it's usable.

    Poor quality

    It looks good but when I tried to firm up the up and down movement by tightening the bolt with the supplied allen key, the metal of the screw tread sheared. So it is now useless.

    Too heavy in the main head area

    It's a bit on the heavy side ,, you've got to REALY tighten it down as the head weight tends to want to droop down when tying ,, but it's ok
