    Just not for me ...

    So, I have been dealing with hot flashes, thought I would try this but, after three weeks, it just didn't work. Still having the hot flashes and they appeared to be worse. I ended up going to my physician for prescription strength bio identical HRT. I can't say i would recommend or not. But at least I can say i tried.

    Good stuff

    First time trying it, hoping it will help with what I need it for. Not crazy about the way the lavender smells. Maybe next time try an unscented. But will update after using it for while and become more familiar with the product.
