The TV is working fine now. They also provided thermal interface pads which may prevent the issue again. Would highly recommend them. They are doing a great job trying to save TVs from ending up in landfills. Keep it up folks!

This was above and beyond requirements set fourth in the description and discussion prior to sending board in for repairs. Why repair a 15 year old 42” flat screen. At 120hz, plan to make this into a gaming monitor . Maybe not cost Effective but keeps it out the landfill. Thanks to Nixks

I will be contacting you, first for the repair. Very fast turn around. They kept me updated from the time they got the board till they finished it. A great place to do business with.
