Item arrived undamaged as they had packed it well - however the crate had been damaged. Powers up and looks great though I need to get the chiller running with it. Although they say they will deliver to your door - unless you are in Sydney expect to pay freight. Communication was sometimes difficult but you can find the main company has Skype and that works well. I will recommend them again but with the previous advice.
